Right of Withdrawal
EU customers may cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with EU consumer law.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  
  

• For hygiene reasons, worn jewelry cannot be returned unless faulty.
  
  

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  

How to Request a Return
Contact support@ptrn.design within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return — we will provide instructions.

Refunds
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt and inspection. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not offered. To change an item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order.
